If I could give All Points more than 5 stars, I would. My car was hit in a parking lot and of course needed to be fixed. I had several clients that had used All Points in the past, and raved about them. So, it was pretty much a given that I would use them. I swung into one other shop just to get an estimate and then came to All Points. Of course, my lunch time was their lunch time and Terri, the estimator, had already left. I was in a time crunch, so Pam called Terri to come back. I was shocked that they would inconvenience themselves, just to avoid inconveniencing me. Terri came back and was as friendly as could be. Not the least bit agitated that she had to come right back and give me an estimate. I knew right then, they were going to get my business. And I understood why my clients spoke so highly of them. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and was offered to be shuttled. I didn’t need the service, but it was nice they offered.
You don’t get this level of service at other places. I was blown away by their desire to help me and make sure I was 110% satisfied. I know dealing with insurance companies and putting your car in the shop, is one big inconvenience. But All Points went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. I couldn’t be happier with this body shop. So, if you need somewhere to take your vehicle. I highly recommend them!
